When should I secure my date?

Many of our clients secure their date 8-12 months in advance and often times even further out. Saturdays and peak months – March-November and October-December – book quickly.

Why is the bride’s makeup and hair more expensive?

The easiest way to explain it is time. The time that we spend with the bride is significantly longer than the time spent with bridesmaids/others and it goes beyond the time spent just on the wedding day. From start to finish we spend an average of 3-6 hours working with each bride from initial contact to trial, communications and all the way to follow ups after the wedding. Where as we only spend 30 minutes with each member of the bridal party on the day of the wedding. This is a very standard practice in the beauty industry when it comes to weddings.

How important is the trial?

We strongly recommend every bride to schedule a preview appointment. It is an extremely valuable service. During the preview session, your artist will utilize her expertise and experience to assist you with designing the style you want through careful evaluation of personality, personal style, wedding theme, selected dress, accessories, and jewelry.

What happens during a trial?

During your trial, you will meet with your artist and/or stylist that will be providing your services on your big day. They will assist you with choosing a look and hairstyle that will best fit your style. The artist and/or stylist will give you one complete look based on what you’ve decided. Minor adjustments may be made during your trial if needed.

What if I, my partner, or a member of my wedding party doesn’t wear makeup or is intimidated by wearing makeup?

Our artists are trained in several styles of makeup from light men’s grooming to polished photo-ready makeup. Your artist will customize a look that makes you feel comfortable and fits your personal style.

Do you use hair extension?

We can provide you with extensions at an additional cost or you may supply them and we can install them

Can I add or remove services after I secure my date?

It is best to know how many services you will need when booking, but if this is not possible, you can add services up to 1 month before your date. Be advised that adding services may affect your timeline on the day of your event.
